It’s nice to take probabilities whilst all issues are opposed to one.” those phrases have been written in 1933 via Harald Hamran, who together with his brother Hans was once scuffling with in a perilous hurricane within the Bay of Biscay on their approach from Norway to the USA in a 25-foot crusing vessel. by no means ahead of had an individual sought to pass the Atlantic in a ship that small. As navigational aids, the brothers had just a compass, charts, and the North megastar. during this booklet Harald Hamran tells the tale of the voyage in his personal phrases, handwritten day-by-day in English as his logbook and diary of the voyage.
